李博强 研究组果实逆境应答及生物控制技术创新研究组

研究组长 李博强 研究员,博士生导师

2000年和2003年在沈阳农业大学获得农学学士和硕士学位,2006年在中科院植物研究所获得理学博士学位,毕业后留所工作至今,2018年晋升为研究员。2015年入选中国科学院青年创新促进会,2017年获国家自然科学基金委优秀青年基金资助,2019年被评为中国科学院青年创新促进会优秀会员,同年获得中国植物病理学会青年植物病理学家奖。现任中国植物病理学会产后病理学专业委员会副主任、中国园艺学会采后科学技术分会副秘书长,曾任中国科学院青年创新促进会秘书长(2019-2021)。

主持国家自然科学基金委优秀青年基金1项,面上项目3项,青年基金1项,国家重点研发计划课题1项、子课题2项,中科院重点部署项目课题1项。发表论文90余篇,累计引用3000余次。其中,以通讯作者和第一作者(含并列)在Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food SafetyNew PhytologistFood ChemistryEnvironmental MicrobiologyPostharvest Biology and TechnologyMolecular Plant-Microbe Interaction等期刊发表SCI论文24篇;获得省部级奖励7项;获得授权国家发明专利13项。担任Postharvest Biology and TechnologyBiological ControlHorticulturae、未来食品科学、微生物学报等学术期刊的编委及科技智库期刊《中国科学院院刊》首届青年编委。

主要研究内容:

1. 采后病原真菌致病与产毒的分子基础及调控机制

针对果蔬采后腐烂和真菌毒素污染严重等重大产业难题,围绕果蔬产品优质、安全的关键科学问题,以果实采后重要致病真菌Botrytis cinereaPenicillium expansum为模式材料解析病原真菌致病和产毒分子机制,同时开展果蔬采后病害绿色防控和真菌毒素生物消减技术的研发及应用工作。

2. 果实对病原菌抗性应答的分子机制:

从果实角度解析寄主对采后病原菌的抗性应答机制,重点关注膜蛋白在寄主抗病与病原菌互作过程中的分子机制。研究结果将从寄主角度解析果实采后病害的发生机制,并为果蔬抗病育种工作提供理论依据。
